Cancellation Policy
National Elite Sports Coaching reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy for all bookings submitted.
We cannot be held accountable for last-minute changes in circumstances or child illness. Unfortunately, if we were to make exceptions for illness/injury, then they would become the “go-to” excuse for parents wishing to cancel and discard their bookings.
More than 3 days' notice before the start of your booking - customers can cancel their booking through their online portal. Monies will then be added as a credit to the customer's account.
No Show for your booking incurs a full charge and no refund for the session/booking will be issued.
Medical Policy
National Elite Sports Coaching may be responsible for your child’s welfare during their time at our holiday clubs or our weekly classes. Our medical policy outlines our responsibilities as a childcare provider
- We will not apply chemicals or plasters to your child’s skin under any circumstance
- We may need to administer basic first aid techniques to clear airways and assist your child in breathing
- We may need to administer CPR to help prolong circulation and oxygen supply until qualified medical personnel arrive
- We will attempt to contact parents if the parents are not present before any action that may compromise their child’s right to personal privacy or belief
- We will only act by relevant emergency and first aid training
- All coaches are first-aid-qualified
- At all of our activities, we have emergency first aid kits on site, all of our first aid kits are checked regularly
By agreeing to this Medical Policy you are agreeing to your child receiving first-aid from trained members of our coaching team.

Auto-Renewal Direct-Debit / Subscription
- Payments will be taken automatically from members’ nominated accounts for future sessions unless cancellation is received by email with a minimum of 7 days’ notice – please note we will not accept cancellation requests by any other means other than an email to bookings@nesportscoaching.co.uk
- Requests to cancel classes made after the deadline will not be processed due to the submission of amounts having already been transmitted to our Direct Debit provider.
- If a payment has been taken from your account in error, please let us know by email with supporting evidence and we will issue a refund subject to funds clearing our account.
Refund & Absence Policy
- Due to small class sizes and substantial operating costs, we do not offer full or partial refunds for absences.
- If we terminate a parent’s subscription this would subsequently disqualify them from attending future classes..
- Important - Terminated subscriptions do not qualify for a refund for the sessions that have already been attended during the current membership period.
Player / Participant clothing
- Players attending classes are required to wear suitable footwear (moulded studs or astroturf trainers), shin guards and have an appropriate amount of fluids to keep them hydrated.
- National Elite Sports Coaching accepts no liability for injuries.
Social Media Guidelines
- National Elite Sports Coaching will only accept positive use of its social media pages . These pages are not to be used for grievances or complaint procedures. National Elite Sports Coaching reserves the right to remove any derogatory comments aimed at North East Sports Coaching, its partners, customers or children participating in the programme.
- Our social media pages are a celebration of child sports and the nature of their content must reflect this positive intent. Also, it is acceptable to take videos and footage of your own children whilst attending our classes, however, any content that contains other children should not be published in the public domain - including social media platforms.
- In the event of a breach of these terms, members may be temporarily or permanently banned from the page until disputes have been resolved.
Class Cancellation & Adverse Weather Policy
- We are unable to refund customers for their classes when the facilities are usable and NESC has not made the decision to cancel
- Where the facility can provide a facility, we are obligated to honor the payments for our block-booked facility
- Neither refunds nor future credits will be issued should facilities be closed as a result of force majeure occurrences, including but not limited to, earthquakes, severe flooding, viral/bacterial pandemics, local authority/government closures, war and threats of domestic or international terrorism.
- Sessions will continue to operate through periods of adverse weather. National Elite Sports Coaching cannot be held responsible for travel complications and delays due to such weather conditions.
Photographs & Video Usage
Images posted will adhere to FA Safeguarding guidelines and will be anonymised never identifying children by their first and second name.
