Auto-Renewal Direct-Debit / Subscription payments.
Just wanted to give you a heads up regarding Auto-Renewal Direct-Debit / Subscription payments. We've got a pretty cool system in place where payments for future sessions will be automatically deducted from your nominated account- it's so convenient, right?
However, we totally understand that sometimes things come up and plans change. If you need to cancel a booking, just shoot us an email at bookings@nesportscoaching.co.uk with a minimum of 3 days' notice. We kindly ask that you send us an email cancellation request so we can process it quickly and accurately for you.
Oh, and if you cancel your booking more than 3 days before the start of your activity, the monies will be added as a credit to your account- so no need to worry about losing out on any funds.
For subscription-based sessions, payments are taken a few hours before the activity. This ensures that you can enjoy your session without any interruptions or delays.
